(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the Trial Court appropriate stage including their plea to the effect that the FIR came to be lodged under some misunderstanding, which has now been resolved.
