Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.81 dated 16.02.2021 under Sections 323, 328 (deleted), 34 (deleted), 506 IPC and Sections 7 and 12 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal (Annexure P1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 23.02.2023 (Annexure P2) arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted in the present matter vide order dated 12.05.2023 and therefore, present petition may be disposed of as such.

Disposed of being rendered infructuous.
