(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced bank receipt dated 26.04.2018 of Oriental Bank of Commerce, Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana, in Court today, showing deposit of ` 15,000/- in favour of Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Ludhiana, in compliance of the order dated 20.04.2018.

Registry is directed to send a letter to the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Ludhiana, for verification as to whether the said amount has been received or not in the bank account of District Legal Services Authority, Ludhiana.

Since, the petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court as directed to him vide order dated 20.04.2018, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
