(ORAL) CRM No.30637 of 2022 By way of the present application, the applicant-petitioner has sought the indulgence of this Court for recalling the order dated 10.09.2021 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench whereby the main petition bearing CRM-M No.12464 of 2021 has been disposed of as having been rendered infructuous and he has also prayed that the interim order dated 18.03.2021, as passed therein, be made absolute. Notice in the application.
Mr. Iqbal Singh Mann, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who has appeared in this case in pursuance of the copy of the instant application having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, accepts the notice and he submits that he has no objection in allowing this application.

-mentioned main petition is taken on the Board today itself. CRM-M No.12464 of 2021 The petitioner herein has sought the relief of anticipatory/pre- -arrest bail in the criminal case arisen out of the FIR bearing No.0010 dated 05.03.2021 registered at Police Station Dharamgarh, District Sangrur, under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, 1985 wherein the offence under Section 29 of the NDPS Act is stated to have been added later-on. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Narender Singh from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 18.03.2021 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, the petitioner had joined in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature and moreover, the Challan has already been presented in the Court.
In view of the afore-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner named Sukhchain Singh @ Chaina @ Chaini, by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 18.03.2021, is hereby made absolute.
However, the petitioner shall continue to strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (MEENAKSHI I.
