(Oral) By way of instant petition, petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 for protection life and liberty of the petitioner and her two sisters, from the hands of private respondents No.5 to 9.

At the very outset, learned State counsel while referring to Paragraphs No.3 and 4 of Status report dated 07.07.2023 submits that petitioner has recorded his statement, in which she has stated that now there is no threat perception to her at the hands of private respondents No.5 to 9. 3.

Learned counsel for respondents No.5 & 6 also corroborates the submissions made by the learned State counsel by submitting that there is no apprehension or threat to the petitioner from their side as well. 4.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
