***** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (ORAL) In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioners is that they should be granted promotion to the post of PGT w.e.f. the date, persons junior to them have been promoted.

After notice of motion, the respondents have placed on record order dated 29.10.2021, vide which, the prayer of the petitioners has been accepted and they have been promoted as PGTs w.e.f. 26.04.2016 though notionally.

Keeping in view the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. However, in case, the petitioners still have any grievance, they can approach the respondents by filing an appropriate representation and in case any such representation is filed by the petitioners, the respondents are directed to dispose off the same in accordance with law by passing an appropriate speaking order within a period of three weeks SONIKA 2022.07.20 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
