None of the LRs of appellant No.2 has/have approached this Court for being brought on record in place of appellant No.2. As a matter of fact, on the last two previous dates of hearing, the appellants had gone unrepresented. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution granting liberty to the appellant No.1/LRs of appellant No.2 to get the appeal revived if any cause of action survives to them.
