The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.341, dated 18.09.2020, registered under Sections 306, 323 and 34 IPC at Police Station Division 8, District Ludhiana, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 3.
