(Oral) The petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 02.02.2024 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri whereby the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for grant of maintenance, has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per instructions, the matter has been compromised between the parties and petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act has also been filed, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
