Mr. Diwan S. Adlakha, Advocate, for the petitioners Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Addl. AG, Haryana, for respondents no. 1 to 6 Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Parveen Kumar, PS City Yamuna Nagar has made statement that both the petitioners have made statements before the police, copies of which are placed on record, that there is no threat to their life and personal liberty and they do not require any police protection.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the official respondents are directed that if any instance regarding threat to life and liberty of the petitioners is brought to their notice, they shall take necessary action immediately, as per law. ( Fateh Deep Singh ) April 11, 2016 Judge 'tiwana'
