This petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is for transfer of Civil Suit No. CS/1331/2020, titled as "Banke Lal and another v. Ritu Nirankari and another", from the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ambala, to a Court of competent jurisdiction in Sessions Division Panchkula.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned Trial Court, at an appropriate stage.
