(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.142 dated 13.04.2015, registered at Police Station Tauru, District Mewat, who has been booked for having committed an offence punishable under Sections 354 and 376-D IPC and Sections 66-E and 67-A of I.T., Act.
At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from the investigating officer, has informed that the prosecution has already examined all the witnesses except one and the trial is likely to be concluded on the next date.
Keeping in view the said fact, no ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out and the same is hereby dismissed.
