Upon notice, a reply has been filed by the official respondents stating that on investigations the petitioners have been found innocent and a cancellation report has been prepared. Learned counsel for the petitioners in such circumstances does not wish to pursue the petition any further and therefore,prays for permission to withdraw the same.
