Mr. N.S. Diwana, Advocate for the petitioner. ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present revision petition. He, however, submits that the termination of the petitioner on 27.03.2018 has been challenged before the Labour Court and that unnecessarily the proceedings are being delayed. He prays that the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, SAS Nagar may be directed to expedite the hearing of the case.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, SAS Nagar to expedite the hearing in the case and not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
