Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking entrustment of FIR No.237 dated 11.04.2015, registered at Police Station Manesar, District Gurgaon to Central Bureau of Investigation for fair, impartial and complete investigation. Heard.

Learned State counsel has submitted that in the present case after thorough investigation of the case, cancellation report was prepared.

Learned counsel for the accused has submitted that the cancellation report has been accepted by the Court.
