The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 27.02.1992 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Ferozepore whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 22.07.1989 is allowed.

As per office report, notice issued to GPA through whom the appeal had been filed, has been received back with the report that he has since expired. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same. 5.

A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order.
