 " Report dated 14.08.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Karnal has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Parul Gupta and the accused persons namely Sushil Gupta, Pushpa Gupta and Kedar Nath Gupta, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

 Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure matrimonial dispute, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in #$%&$&'()*%*+

,&-%. %&/ %&*(+0  !1"   !0$2$&%3" 14 and #5,36$&/+0 $&'( %&/ *(+07 ) *%*+  ,&-%. %&/ %&*(+0  8 !4"   !0$2$&%3"   the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.455 dated 08.05.2013 registered at Police Station City Karnal under Sections 406/498A/323/506 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua petitioners are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
