Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 03.11.2012 (Annexure P2) whereby the complaint filed by the petitioner against the respondents under Sections 302, 304 and 315 IPC was dismissed; and for quashing of order dated 13.12.2016 (Annexure P4) whereby the revision filed by the petitioner against aforesaid order dated 03.11.2012 (Annexure P2) has also been dismissed; and further, for issuance of summons to the respondents to face trial under Sections 302, 304 and 315 IPC.

Perusal of order sheets shows that this is a petition of the year 2017 and notice has not yet been issued in the matter. The matter was adjourned at request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 27.02.2020 and 31.08.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 12.09.2023, the matter was adjourned at written request circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner.
