. /That proper treatment is provided to the petitioner in safaderjung hospital New Delhi as per medical report received from the Medical Officer of this jail and allegation leveled by the petitioner that the respondent No. 3 giving him threatening to transfer him to another jail are falls and baseless. It is further submitted that allegation leveled by the petitioner that the medical officer is demanding one lac rupees for his treatment are falls and Concocted. That the petitioner was lodged in District Jail Gurugram and admitted in this jail on 04.02.2020 by the order of Ld. Court of Ms. Tarannum Khan, JMIC, Faridabad.

That, this office has obtained medical status report of the said petitioner from Medical Officer of this Jail and according to medical report, the petitioner is a known case of gunshot injury with an open grade-III fracture of right fibula with bone loss with distal NeuroVascular deficit (Common peroneal nerve palsy) causing foot drop. The medical status report prepared by the Medical Officer of this Jail is annexed as Annexure-R1."
