(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the poster pasted by Navtej Singh Gugu, Chairman of Sub Da Bhala Humanity Club.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 10.04.2015 (Annexure P-4) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.
