AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ravinder Kumar, submits that the person before whom an extra judicial confession is alleged to have been by the petitioner, has testified before the trial Court.
That being so and there being 22 prosecution witnesses still remaining to be examined, with the petitioner having been in custody since May 2016, the petition is allowed. The petitioner shall be admitted to bail upon her furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
