**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in criminal complaint No. COM/3148 of 2013 dated 1.4.2013 titled as 'Gurdeep Singh Vs. Angrej Singh and others' under Sections 427/326/324/323/120-B IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 11.5.2015 passed by this Court, petitioners appeared before the learned trial court and vide order dated 18.5.2015 passed by the learned JMIC, Abohar, bail bonds/surety bonds furnished by the petitioners were accepted. He prays for allowing the present petition. On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent No.2 vehemently opposes the present petition by submitting that the petitioners and his collateral are repeatedly indulging in the criminal activities. He prays for dismissal of the present petition.

CRM-M-15155 of 2015 (O&M) Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, after careful perusal of the record of the case and giving thoughtful consideration to the rival contentions raised, this Court is of the considered opinion that keeping in view the order dated 18.5.2015 passed by the learned JMIC, petitioners have been found entitled for the concession of the anticipatory bail.
In view of the above, order dated 11.5.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute, however, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
Disposed of, accordingly.
