Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that perusal of the FIR indicates that no date, time or manner has been mentioned, when the petitioner has pressurized the husband of the complainant and there are no allegations that immediately before the suicide of the husband of the complainant, the petitioner has instigated or abetted the offence under Section 306 of IPC and there is nothing on record which could attract the provisions of Section 107 of the Indian Penal Code, and prima facie there is no embargo in quashing of the FIR (supra).
