*** AMOL RATTAN SINGH , J. (ORAL) As already noticed in the order dated 27.03.2017, learned counsel for the complainant had submitted that as a matter of fact, a cancellation report has been filed on the FIR registered by the complainant, to which the complainant has no objection.

The matter had been adjourned till today only because learned counsel for the petitioner was not present on that date. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner is also present and admits to the aforesaid fact.

Mr. Mehta has also produced in Court today an order of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhuri, dated 24.10.2016, showing that, in fact, the cancellation report has been accepted.
