This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents not to harass and torture the petitioner with a further prayer to direct respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 15.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.
