Heard.

As per case of prosecution, petitioner was apprehended on 06.04.2017 by the police while selling country-made liquor in an illegal manner and without licence. After his arrest, some more persons came there, attacked the police party and the petitioner also escaped from police custody.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has escaped from police custody, it is not a fit case where the discretionary power of this Court for grant of anticipatory bail may be exercised. Dismissed.
