(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of FIR No.91 dated 23.03.2016, registered at Police Station City Khanna, District Khanna, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC.
Learned counsel for the complainant has placed on record the affidavits of complainant Ruchi Singla as well as of her husband Nitin Singla to the effect that they have compromised the matter and are living as husband and wife for the last 2 months with minor daughter Mannat Singla.
