(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 04 of 23.01.2015, under Section 406/498-A IPC, registered at P.S. Nayagaon, District S.A.S Nagar. Learned counsel for the parties at the very outset submits that the matter between the parties have been compromised, which is evident from the report of the Mediator dated 17.12.2016. Couple have decided to stay together as husband and wife.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties, order dated 13.05.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the condition that parties shall comply with the terms and condition of the GAURAV ARORA 2016.12.22 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
