The present appeal has been filed by the appellant-plaintiff against judgment dated 11.02.1987 passed by learned Sub Judge Ist Class, Sunam and judgment dated 22.09.1989 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Sangrur, whereby both the Courts below had erroneously decided all the issues against the appellant-plaintiff.

On a query posed, learned counsel for the appellant submits that no suit was filed till date, despite the liberty granted by the Lower Appellate Court. He on instructions prays for withdrawal of the present appeal to take appropriate remedy as available in accordance with law.
