**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.112 dated 28.06.2022 under Sections 406, 420, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Kartarpur, Jalandhar (Anneure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that charges have already been framed in the instant petition and therefore, he does not press the instant petition. However, he seeks liberty to raise all the issues as have been raised herein before the trial Court at an appropriate stage. Allowed as prayed for.
