 !"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.111 dated 06.04.2015 registered at Police Station City Kaithal under Sections 4987A/406/323 IPC.

Contentions of learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the previous orders dated 08.05.2015, the petitioner has since joined the investigation and parties have since compromised this matrimonial dispute as a consequence of which the complainant wife RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.08.14 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



 

has received a draft of 6.00 lacs bearing No.724551 dated 11.08.2015 (a copy of which has been placed on the record) and which is duly acceded to by learned counsel representing the complainant Mr.Rakesh Gupta, Advocate as well as learned State counsel.

In view of the aforesaid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.05.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petition stands disposed off accordingly.  #  !$   %&%'()"
