Learned State counsel on instructions from the concerned police official submits that the parties have entered into a compromise. Given above, the present petition which is for quashing of FIR on merits is disposed of with liberty to file a fresh petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise.

It is clarified that disposal of the present petition shall not come in the way in case fresh petition is filed on the basis of compromise. It is further clarified that in case, the compromise is not effected, then liberty reserved to the petitioners to file fresh petition on merits.
