This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondent for disobeying the order dated 03.11.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP No.22152 of 2021.

Compliance report by way of affidavit of Mukesh Kumar Ahuja, Chief Administrator, Haryana, filed in the Registry, is taken on record.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 03.11.2023 has been complied with and speaking order dated 02.04.2024 has been passed.

Counsel for the petitioner has not even disputed the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed, as such.
