Both the parties are already dead. In compliance with the order dated 01.09.2025 intimation was sent to counsel for the appellant to verify as to whether he intends to file any application for substitution of legal representatives of the deceased parties or want to file any fresh power of attorney but he has not turned up.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
