(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 6 of 18.01.2017 under Section 376/120 IPC, registered at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar has informed the Court that the complainant has given an application to S.S.P along with a copy of compromise deed that she does not want to pursue the present case.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Keeping in view the above fact and the fact that the trial is likely to take some time to conclude and the fact that the complainant and his father have turned hostile in their cross examination, the present petition is allowed.
