**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Case has been called twice, however, even on second call there is no representation on behalf of the private parties. The instant petition was filed way back on 19.02.2023, however, a perusal of all the previous orders with effect from 22.05.2023 reveal that on all the subsequent five dates arguments have not been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner rather there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also is the same position.

Moreover, a perusal of the status report received from the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat, reveals that the petitioners have previous criminal antecedents and are involved in multiple criminal cases.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
