Learned counsel submits that for the grievance aired in the petition, petitioners have already served legal notice, Annexure P-8. According to him, petitioners shall be satisfied if a decision thereon is taken. A copy of the petition was handed over to State counsel on the last date of hearing to enable her to assist the court. She submits that in case legal notice has been received in the concerned office, same shall be looked into and appropriate decision taken. In case any adverse order is passed, same shall be communicated to the petitioners forthwith.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
