This petition essentially assails the provisional attachment order No. 03 of 2024 dated 20.05.2024 (Annexure P-2) and consequential proceedings commenced therefrom to the extent of the property belonging to the petitioners.

Shri Sudhir Kumar, Deputy Director of Directorate of Enforcement has filed an affidavit dated 24.05.2025, which inter-alia in paragraph-12 reveals thus:- "That, in view of the above proceedings and in continuation of earlier submissions made before this Hon'ble High Court, it is humbly submitted and reiterated that no property belonging to any petitioner company herein has been attached by this Directorate vide subject PAO dated 20.05.2024."

Upon referring to contents of paragraph:12 of the affidavit dated 24.05.2025, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners virtually, submits that since there is a categorical statement made by the Deputy Director of Directorate of Enforcement that no property belonging to the petitioners has been attached by Directorate of Enforcement vide provisional attachment order dated 20.05.2024 (Annexure P-2), the cause raised herein has become infructuous.

Learned counsel appearing for ED virtually submits that he has no objection if the petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. 5.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
