Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition at this stage with request that the trial Court may be directed to expedite disposal of the case. He further submits that the petitioner will conclude his defence evidence within one month and will not seek any further adjournment for this purpose. Dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, trial Court is directed to expedite disposal of the case at the earliest, preferably within a period of one month after the conclusion of defence evidence of petitioner.
