(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing order dated 03.03.2015 (Annexure P-15) of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kurukshetra, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender, in spite of order dated 27.11.2014 (Annexure P-11) of this Court in CRM-M-43764-2013, arising out of case FIR No. 256 dated 29.07.2013 (Annexure P-8) under Sections 148, 149 and 302 IPC at Police Station Shahbad, District Kurukshetra.
Proxy counsel for the petitioner prays for adjournment on the ground that arguing counsel is suffering from cancer, which is strongly opposed by learned State counsel.

CRM-M-1621-2016 -2declaration of the petitioner, a proclaimed offender, vide order Annexure P-15, by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kuruksherta. Therefore, the instant petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.
