**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Seeking fair investigation, complainant (father of the deceased) has come up before this Court.

Status report by way of an affidavit of Shamsher Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Punhana, District Nuh, has been filed by learned State counsel today in the Court and the same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that the investigation is complete and even the police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C has been filed against respondent No. 4 because investigation did not find the case as culpable homicide and in fact it was a case of suicide, therefore, Section 306 IPC is made out and Section 302 IPC is deleted. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the trial Court in case, need arises. The present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
