*** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) This Court vide order dated 20.11.2013 had issued the actual date notice to the appellant and as well as to the unserved respondents. As per office report, the appellant had died. No steps have been taken to implead the LRs of the appellants. The appellant was the plaintiff in the suit, which was dismissed by the trial Court, but the appeal filed thereto by the defendant(s) was allowed by the Additional District Judge, Patiala vide judgment and decree dated 26.09.1988. There was an interim order dated 27.01.1989, whereby the execution proceedings have been stayed. No steps have been taken to implead the LRs of the respondent Nos.1 & 4, much less, for furnishing the correct addresses of respondent No.5, 7 and 11. The appeal is of the year 1989, perhaps the parties have resiled with the actual aspect.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
