**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 3 dated 3.1.2015, registered under Sections 325, 354, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station Derabassi. Counsel for the petitioners states that an amount of Rs. 5,000/- has been deposited and the petitioners have appeared before the Court below and were admitted to interim bail. Copy of the order dated 12.5.2016 has been placed on record.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 11.5.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
