ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner, who is harassed by the private respondents to compromise the case i.e. FIR No.175 dated 12.07.2008 registered under Sections 420 read with Section 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur District Ferozepur.

Counsel for the State submits that the accused person in the FIR, already stands acquitted.

Heard.

Considering the fact that this petition is pending since 2018 and there is no allegation in the intervening period of 04 years and no fresh threat is extended to the petitioner, this petition is disposed of.
