Mr.Kirat Singh Sidhu,DAG Punjab assisted by HC Balbir Singh.
Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused-Kamal Puri in case FIR No.25 dated 7.2.2016 under Section 420 IPC, PS City Ferozepur,Distt.Ferozepur.
Allegation levelled by complainant-Pratima Sachdeva is that the petitioner accused had breached a promise of marriage. It is contended that both the parties are educated and employed and were in a consensus live-in relationship. Vide order dated 11.5.2016 notice of motion was issued with a direction to petitioner to join investigation and interim protection was granted to him.
