JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Petitioners have directed this petition for quashing of FIR No.324 dated 11.10.2014 under Sections 365/506 IPC, P.S Sector 31, Chandigarh on the basis of compromise between the parties. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that as per telephonic message received by him today itself, the petitioners have since been acquitted of the charges by the learned trial Court thereby rendering the present petition infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
