Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of petitioner as Staff Nurse in view of policy instructions dated 18.03.2011 (P-6) w.e.f. the date she completed three years service on contract basis as well as in view of the notification dated 08.03.2019 (P-3) and to give her the benefit of judgment rendered in CWP No.11427-2015, decided on 19.12.2018 (P-8). At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner submitted that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, he would be satisfied in case the representation dated 26.06.2020 (P-9) is decided expeditiously.

In view of the agreed stand taken by both sides, but without going into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with direction to competent authority, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 26.06.2020 (P-9) in accordance with law by passing speaking order within a period of 04 (four) months from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
