As per office report, respondent No.1 has died whereas respondent No.2 not residing at the given address. Even on 19.11.2013, this Court has passed the following order:- "On 22.8.2013, the matter was adjourned for today for service of respondent No.2 and counsel for the appellant was directed to furnish correct address of that respondent within one week. It has not been done by the counsel for the appellants. For that reason, respondent No.2 could not be served. Last opportunity is allowed to the appellant to file correct address of respondent No.2 within 10 days from today with a stipulation that in the eventuality if the needful is not done within that period, the appeal shall stand disposed of for non-prosecution.
