RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in his second attempt under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.68 dated 15.05.2020 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Kacha Pakka District Tran Taran. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.19293 of 2020 filed by the petitioner was got dismissed as withdrawn on 23.11.2020.

As per allegations, it was the petitioner from whom 1000 intoxicant tablets were recovered and on the basis of his disclosure statement, co-accused Jagdish Singh was nominated. After filing the present petition in the month of March 2021, none appeared on 16.11.2021 and on 12.01.2022. Even today no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
