(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing the FIR No.144, dated 15.11.2022, under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
